Just Salad is hiring Toppers to join our front-of-house team. You will focus on guest interactions, prepare orders, and support efforts to reduce the environmental footprint through everyday practices.

As a Topper, you will be trained to handle tickets, assist with digital orders, and maintain salad toppings. The role benefits from a flexible schedule, paid training, and opportunities for growth within a values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and guest interaction skills.
• Able to read, write and clearly mark Just Salad order tickets.
• Basic math skills for handling payments and orders.
• Ability to stay on task and maintain pace during busy shifts.
• Comfortable lifting up to 20 pounds and being on your feet for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service to Just Salad guests.
• Fills out order ticket clearly and accurately.
• Assists with digital orders as needed.
• Tops salads and wraps.
• Restocks toppings and lettuce as needed.
• Follows FIFO (First in First out).
• Cleans the line and sweeps floor during shift.
• Completes assigned tasks and supports team.
