Job summary

Just Salad is seeking Toppers to join our team in a fast-paced front-of-house role. Under the Store’s Restaurant Team Leader, you will focus on guest interactions, prepare orders, and support initiatives to reduce the brand’s environmental footprint.

You’ll provide excellent service, manage order tickets, assist with digital orders, and help maintain fresh toppings. If you value health, sustainability, and teamwork, this role is for you.

Qualifications

• Able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
• Maintain high pace and intensity throughout shift.
• Clearly and professionally communicate with customers and team.
• Read, write, and mark Just Salad order tickets clearly.
• Open availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service to Just Salad guests
• Fills out order ticket clearly and accurately
• Assists with digital orders as needed
• Tops salads and wraps
• Restocks toppings and lettuce as needed
• Practices FIFO (First in First out)
• Cleans the line
• Sweeps floor during shift
• Completes assigned tasks
• Works as Name Taker if needed
• Cleans, re-stocks and breaks down topping line at the end of shift
• Follow food safety and quality standards.
• Support programs to minimize Just Salad’s environmental footprint including food waste reduction, recycling, composting and more.
