Job summary

Just Salad is seeking Toppers to join our front-of-house team. Under the supervision of the Restaurant Team Leader, Toppers focus on guest interactions and preparing orders, while supporting environmental initiatives.

Responsibilities include providing excellent service, filling order tickets, topping salads, restocking, following safety standards, and maintaining a fast pace. Flexible schedules and daily pay are available; paid training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and clearly mark an order ticket
• Basic math skills
• Clear communication with customers and team

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service to Just Salad guests
• Fills out order ticket clearly and accurately
• Assists with digital orders as needed
• Tops salads and wraps
• Restocks toppings and lettuce as needed
• Practices FIFO (First in First out)
• Cleans the line
• Completes assigned tasks
• Works as Name Taker if needed
• Cleans, re-stocks and breaks down topping line at the end of shift
• Follow food safety and quality standards
• Support programs to minimize environmental footprint
