Job summary

Just Salad is seeking Toppers to join our front-of-house team. Under the Restaurant Team Leader (Just Salad’s General Managers), Toppers focus on guest interactions and preparing orders while supporting environmental initiatives to reduce the brand’s footprint.

We provide paid training, growth opportunities, a solid company culture, free meals, a flexible schedule, and daily pay. The role requires lifting up to 20 pounds and maintaining a fast, accurate pace.

Qualifications

• Provides excellent customer service to Just Salad guests.
• Basic math skills.
• Clear communication with customers, other team members and management.
• Able to read, write and clearly mark a JS order ticket.
• Follow all policies and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service to Just Salad guests.
• Fills out order ticket clearly and accurately.
• Assists with digital orders as needed.
• Tops salads and wraps.
• Restocks toppings and lettuce as needed.
• Practices FIFO (First in First out).
• Cleans the line.
• Completes assigned tasks.
• Works as Name Taker if needed.
• Cleans, re-stocks and breaks down topping line at the end of shift.
• Follow food safety and quality standards.
• Support programs to minimize Just Salad’s environmental footprint including food waste reduction, recycling, composting and more.
