Job summary

Just Salad is seeking Toppers to join our front-of-house team. They will focus on guest interactions and preparing orders, with opportunities to support sustainability initiatives. Reports to Store’s Restaurant Team Leader.

Responsibilities include serving customers, topping salads, restocking, and maintaining cleanliness, while adhering to food safety standards and FIFO practices. Flexible scheduling and daily pay are offered.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service to Just Salad guests.
• Fills out order ticket clearly and accurately.
• Assists with digital orders as needed.
• Tops salads and wraps.
• Restocks toppings and lettuce as needed.
• Practices FIFO (First in First out).
• Cleans the line.
• Sweeps floor during shift.
• Completes assigned tasks.
• Works as Name Taker if needed.
• Cleans, re-stocks and breaks down topping line at the end of shift.
• Follow food safety and quality standards.
• Support programs to minimize Just Salad’s environmental footprint including food waste reduction, recycling, composting and more.
