Job summary

Cafua Management Company is seeking a Restaurant Manager in the United States to lead restaurant operations in alignment with Dunkin’ and franchisee standards. The role focuses on strong team leadership, guest-first service, and compliant execution of brand systems to achieve profitable top-line sales.

The role requires coaching staff, maintaining safety and quality standards, and driving guest satisfaction through effective people management and production planning.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and develop their employees.
• Communicate job expectations to their employees.
• Plan, monitor, appraise and review employees’ performance.
• Provide coaching and feedback; disciplines when appropriate.
• Create and maintain a guest first culture in the restaurant.
• Ensure shifts are staffed with qualified Team Members to meet guest service goals.
• Maintain safe, sanitary, and legal operations in the restaurant.
• Ensure Brand standards and systems are executed.
• Prepare action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and guest service standards.
• Complete audits and drive system improvements.
• Control costs to maximize profitability.
• Execute in-restaurant marketing promotions and new product roll-outs.
• Set sales goals and track results.
