Job summary

Cafua Management Company, a major Dunkin Donuts franchise operator, seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead and develop the team and deliver an exceptional guest experience in line with Dunkin standards. You will manage operations, coaching, and guest service to drive profitability and growth.

The role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and executing brand standards across shifts, with a focus on safety, training, and maintaining quality and service levels in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Broad leadership and people-management skills required.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.
• Strong communication and guest service orientation.
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to manage operations and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and develop their employees
• Communicate job expectations to their employees
• Plan, monitor, appraise and review their employees’ job performance
• Provide coaching and feedback; disciplines when appropriate
• Create and maintain a guest first culture in the restaurant
• Ensure all shifts are appropriately staffed with qualified Team Members
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by following safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable laws
• Ensure Brand standards and systems are executed
• Prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and guest service standards
• Complete audits and implement plans to drive system improvements
• Control costs to help maximize profitability
• Execute all in-restaurant marketing promotions in a timely manner
• Execute new product roll-outs including team training, marketing and sampling
• Set sales goals and track results
