Job summary

Shake Shack, a fast-growing hospitality brand, is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Indianapolis to lead daily operations, train staff, and drive hospitality excellence. You will coach team members, ensure top-notch service, and promote the brand locally through events.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in a high-volume setting, strong financial acumen, and a passion for community engagement. Flexible hours and a supportive team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Experience with personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security.
• Aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level.
• Understanding of financial aspects of business operations.
• Food handler certification, preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction.
• Train team members on all aspects of Shack operations.
• Motivate and manage team members to provide highest level of hospitality.
• Demonstrate leadership with a focus on coaching and achieving excellence.
• Develop and implement plan to promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
