Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Must understand personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes.
• Aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level.
• Understanding of financial aspects of business operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction.
• Train team members on Shack operations and standards.
• Motivate and manage staff to deliver best-in-class hospitality.
• Demonstrate leadership with coaching and achieving excellence.
• Develop and implement plans to promote the Shake Shack brand in the local community.
