Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of management experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Food Safety Manager certification required.
• Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to interpret financial statements and understand contributing factors.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests first focus and high guest satisfaction.
• Attract, hire, develop, coach, and retain staff.
• Direct restaurant operations to meet brand standards.
• Develop local store marketing and community relationships.
• Monitor financial and operational reports to drive performance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and security procedures.
• Resolve issues proactively with District Manager or HR when needed.
• Assist with teamwork and duties as assigned.
