Qualifications

• Minimum: previous restaurant management or General Manager experience.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Experience hiring, training, coaching, and developing staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop restaurant team, hire/train/coach staff.
• Create a positive team culture focused on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Drive sales and profitability through strong operations and cost control.
• Monitor performance and act to meet sales, labor, and food cost goals.
• Provide friendly, accurate, and timely service across shifts.
• Maintain high standards for food prep, presentation, and consistency.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, labor costs, and deployment.
• Recruit and retain high-quality team members and future leaders.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and safety requirements.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, waste, and food costs.
• Conduct regular walks to keep the facility clean and safe.
• Lead opening/closing and daily operating procedures.
• Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Communicate with leadership to meet company expectations.
