Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Food Safety Manager certification required
• Strong organizational skills with excellent oral and written communication skills

• Guests First: ensure a respectful, enjoyable environment, satisfied guests, and repeat business
• People: recruit, develop, coach, and retain staff; provide timely coaching and feedback
• Restaurant Operations: maintain brand standards for food and facilities; ensure sanitation
• Growth: develop local store marketing and community relationships; execute promotions
• Financials: interpret reports, analyze data, and close gaps to meet goals
• Security and Asset Management: protect guests, employees and assets; manage cash/inventory
• Compliance: adhere to policies and regulations; coordinate with HR and District Manager
• Problem Resolution: address customer and staff issues; involve leadership when needed
• Teamwork: support colleagues and perform other duties as assigned
