Job summary

Perkins Restaurant & Bakery in Faribault, MN is seeking a hands-on restaurant manager to assist the General Manager in achieving sales and guest satisfaction through policy implementation and team leadership.

You will supervise staff, ensure food safety and quality, monitor inventory and finances, and drive daily operations to deliver memorable dining experiences. At Perkins, you’ll grow professionally in a supportive team with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of managerial experience, preferably in the food service.
• Ability to lead staff and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Experience with managing inventory and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in planning and analyzing administration and operations manpower.
• Ensure menu items are prepared, portioned, and presented properly in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner.
• Provide direction for restaurant staff to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
• Manage inventory levels of food and non-food items per company guidelines.
• Conduct staffing, training, and performance reviews.
• Ensure accurate financial data and communications with regard to system issues.
• Attend unit management meetings and support objectives and goals.
