The Host position at P.F. Chang's Salt Lake City is focused on delivering an outstanding hospitality experience by maintaining the flow of the restaurant and presenting a positive first and last impression to guests. When waits occur, ensure accurate wait times and address guest questions professionally.

No prior experience is required—we offer on-the-job training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement within a team-focused Pan-Asian dining environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and co-workers.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Interact courteously with guests (answer phones, greet guests, seat guests, take reservations, take food orders).
• Uphold sanitation and safety standards at front door, host desk, lobby, and crowd control.
• Learn seating layout and how tables are divided into server areas.
• Set and clear tables neatly and efficiently per PF Chang’s standards.
• Learn curbside process and takeout expectations.
• Contribute to side-work as needed each shift.
