Drury Plaza Hotel Chattanooga is seeking a Front Desk Agent for PM shifts at the Chattanooga location. You will welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out, and support breakfast and Kickback service while maintaining a welcoming, efficient lobby presence.

Position includes a base pay of $16.36/hour plus bonus opportunities and a focus on guest satisfaction, with opportunities for career growth within the Drury Hotels family.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional presence.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced hotel lobby.
• Experience handling cash, making change, and using office equipment.
• Proficiency in English, clear communication with guests.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check them in/out in a courteous, efficient manner.
• Promote hotel programs, maintain guest records, and handle cash transactions.
• Assist with breakfast service and evening Kickback operations as needed.
• Provide a positive, responsive guest experience and resolve issues promptly.
