Job summary

Target is hiring a Food & Beverage Expert in a fast-paced retail environment in Florida. You will greet guests, assist with finding products, and ensure a friendly, efficient shopping experience while upholding food safety standards.

This role requires strong guest service, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to varying shifts, including nights and weekends. Ideal candidates have 18+ years of age, prior food or grocery exposure preferred but not required, and comfort with scanners and POS

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age (Bakery only).
• Previous food or grocery experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes.
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments.
• Greet guests and assist with directions and product location.
• Assist peers and support other areas as needed while staying positive.
• Deliver guest transactions with a sincere thank you and friendly service.
• Maintain Food & Beverage standards and ensure data accuracy, shelving and backroom organization.
• Follow all safety and food safety requirements and assist with stock replenishment.
