Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age (Bakery Only)
• Previous food or grocery experience preferred, but not required
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
• Work both independently and with a team
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist them to find items and resolve issues
• Deliver a friendly guest experience and handle transactions when needed
• Maintain Food & Beverage standards and execute processes for replenishment and signing
• Follow food safety requirements and assist with displays and backroom organization
• Support guest services like back-up cashier and drive-up when needed
