Target is hiring a Food & Beverage Expert to join our Food & Beverage team. The role emphasizes guest service, sustaining freshness, and accurate pricing on the sales floor. You will work with a dynamic team to maintain high standards of service during all hours of operation.

The role requires 18+ years of age, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to use scanners and other equipment. Training is provided, with emphasis on safety, merchandising, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older (Bakery Only)
• Previous food or grocery experience preferred but not required
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members
• Ability to use handheld scanners and related technology as directed

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting guests and helping them find what they need
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-up while maintaining a compliant environment
• Follow food safety requirements and Target policies to ensure freshness and safety of products
• Maintain cleanliness, organize displays and signs, and assist teammates to deliver a consistent guest experience
