Job summary

Target in Florida seeks a Food & Beverage Expert to ensure a fresh, accurate, and welcoming guest experience on the sales floor. You will support replenishment, merchandising, and safety standards while delivering high-quality guest service.

The role requires enthusiasm for helping others, ability to work in a fast-paced setting, and flexibility to cover nights, weekends, and holidays. Training is provided to develop product knowledge and guest engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming guest experience and greet guests at various distances
• Help guests find items and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience
• End every interaction with a sincere thank you and assist peers as needed
• Maintain Food & Beverage standards and assist with replenishment, merchandising and safety
• Follow food safety requirements and use equipment safely and properly
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and pickup services as needed
• Adhere to policies, procedures and safety guidelines at all times
