Ideal candidates are 18+ with good communication skills and the ability to work independently or with a team in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous food or grocery experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment as directed.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes.
• Capability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on our commitments.
• Greet guests and initiate a warm, helpful interaction at the 4ft level.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Actively support team efforts and assist peers in other areas as needed.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience with a full shopping experience during all hours of operation.
• Uphold and maintain the execution of the Food & Beverage Standards.
• Follow all food safety requirements and use sampling and suggestive selling to promote products.
• Work with vendors to set and maintain displays and keep backroom space organized.
• Locate and identify damaged, recalled or expired items and process accordingly.
