Job summary

Typhoon Texas in Katy, Texas, seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Operations Manager to oversee daily waterpark food and beverage operations across quick-service restaurants, kiosks, and stands. You will lead seasonal staff, coach teams, and ensure food safety, cleanliness, and high-energy guest interactions throughout peak hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive leadership experience in F&B or theme parks.
• Ability to communicate clearly with management and staff.
• Experience with fast-paced guest service and hospitality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-line Food & Beverage and Rentals teams to drive outlet throughput and exceed guest satisfaction and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with Park GM and corporate leadership on venue positioning, product offerings, and pricing strategies that enhance the guest experience and drive park spend.
• Monitor real-time sales performance across kiosks and high-traffic locations to capitalize on peak park attendance windows.
• Maintain a strong physical presence on the waterpark floor to support operations and guest flow.
• Manage speed-of-service and line flow at peak meal times across kiosks and stands.
• Conduct daily audits of kiosks and food stands to ensure quality, presentation, equipment functionality, and cleanliness, with coaching for deficiencies.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures for all food locations, including register audits and venue security.
