Qualifications

• Current Food Handler Certification (required).
• AZ Alcohol Certification (required).
• Professional and courteous guest interaction.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand up to 8 hours; shifts up to 12 hours.
• Willingness to perform cleaning and organizational duties.

Responsibilities

• Create a guest-first atmosphere with friendly, professional service
• Accurately and efficiently ring in guest orders
• Prepare cocktails, beer, and wine according to Spinato’s recipes and specifications
• Stock and maintain bar inventory including beer, wine, liquor, glassware, ice, and supplies
• Monitor and control bar inventory
• Slice and juice fruit as needed for service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bar area
• Communicate effectively with team members across all departments
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines
• Comply with all local and state alcohol laws
• Adhere to all Spinato’s policies and procedures regarding alcohol service
