Qualifications

• 3+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume or cocktail-focused environment.
• Strong knowledge across spirits, beer, and wine with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm, positive demeanor.
• Excellent communication with guests and teammates.
• Strong organizational habits and attention to detail.
• Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and community.
• Must be 21+ and have valid certifications for responsible beverage service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences through speed, knowledge, and genuine hospitality.
• Maintain an organized, well-stocked, and clean bar station throughout every shift.
• Contribute ideas to cocktail menus, seasonal features, and guest activations.
• Follow all health, safety, and compliance standards, including responsible alcohol service.
• Partner with bar leadership to improve processes, share feedback, and participate in training and team meetings.
• Assist teammates and jump in where needed to support the floor, service staff, or bar operations.
