• Slice and juice fruit as needed for service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bar area.
• Communicate effectively with team members across all departments.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines.
• Comply with all local and state alcohol laws.
• Adhere to all Spinato’s policies and procedures regarding alcohol service.

Bartenders are responsible for preparing drinks to Spinato’s standards, maintaining an organized and well‑stocked bar, and ensuring all guests feel welcomed, cared for, and excited to return. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

• Comfortable working in environments with heat, cold, and water exposure
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and work shifts up to 12 hours
• Willingness to perform cleaning and organizational duties
