Job summary

Spinato’s Pizzeria in Glendale, AZ is seeking bartenders who deliver guest-first service, prepare cocktails, beer, and wine per Spinato’s recipes, and support the team during shifts. You will maintain an organized, well-stocked bar and ensure guests feel welcome and excited to return.

This role requires Professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Must hold a current Food Handler Certification and AZ Alcohol Certification.

Qualifications

• Current Food Handler Certification required.
• Arizona Alcohol Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Create a guest-first atmosphere with friendly, professional service.
• Accurately ring in guest orders.
• Prepare cocktails, beer, and wine according to Spinato’s recipes and specifications.
• Stock and maintain bar inventory including beer, wine, liquor, glassware, ice, and supplies.
• Monitor and control bar inventory.
• Slice and juice fruit as needed for service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bar area.
• Communicate effectively with team members across all departments.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines.
• Comply with all local and state alcohol laws.
• Adhere to Spinato’s policies and procedures regarding alcohol service.
