Job summary

Chase is hiring an Associate Banker to deliver exceptional client experiences and hospitality in the branch. You will greet clients, assist with accounts, and guide customers through Chase Mobile, Chase.com and ATM services to meet their financial needs.

You will build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with teammates, while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements to support branch success.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Assist with account servicing, maintenance, and opening new accounts per policy.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with teammates.
• Perform branch operations following bank policies, including cash devices where applicable.
