Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver hospitality and banking solutions in a branch setting. You will welcome clients, help them achieve financial goals, and build trusted relationships through attentive service and strong product knowledge.

This role emphasizes teamwork, compliance, and using digital tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com to support everyday banking needs.

Qualifications

Client service experience or comparable experience.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule/cancel meetings.
Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and maintenance as well as opening new accounts, while complying with all policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions including the usage of technology self‑service options such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions – partnering with other branch team members to help achieve their financial goals.
Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault, ATM, or others while adhering to all bank policies and procedures.
