Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver welcoming, attentive service and leverage digital solutions to help clients meet their financial goals. You will build trusted relationships, educate clients on banking products, and support branch operations with a customer-first approach.

You will collaborate with branch teammates to ensure a seamless client experience, adhering to regulatory requirements while representing the brand with hospitality and care.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby flow, and scheduling meetings.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients meet goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices management while adhering to policies.
