Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in customer-facing or concierge roles.
• Ability to stand for long periods and walk throughout the shift.
• Familiarity with security or safety protocols a plus.
• Must pass background checks and cannabis employment requirements.
• Valid driver's license or state ID required.
• 21+ and compliant with cannabis regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage check-in with professionalism.
• Monitor entry points and store perimeters to ensure safety.
• De-escalate conflicts with empathy and clear communication.
• Escort customers when needed and support store operations on safety.
• Report incidents promptly and participate in emergency procedures.
• Collaborate with store teams to uphold brand values and guest experience.
• Maintain alert, mobile presence and assist with traffic flow.
