Job summary

Green Thumb Industries is seeking an Asset Protection Specialist (APS) to welcome guests, manage check-in with compliance, and uphold safety and security across the dispensary. This role blends hospitality, customer service, and safety leadership to enhance the guest journey and team experience.

The APS will deter incidents, coordinate with store operations, and support training while maintaining a visible, mobile presence on the floor. 21+ and cannabis employment compliance are required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer-facing or concierge experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and compliance technology preferred.
• Security or law enforcement experience helpful with guest-first service.
• Must be able to work varied shifts including mornings, days, nights and weekends.
• Must pass background checks including cannabis employment requirements.
• Must have valid driver’s license or state ID and be 21+.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage check-in with compliance.
• Maintain visibility to deter incidents and ensure calm, safe environment.
• Escort customers as needed and support store operations on safety and guest flow.
• Report safety, security or compliance incidents promptly and accurately.
• Collaborate with store teams and train new APS teammates.
