Job summary

European Wax Center is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Yonkers, NY to deliver an exceptional guest experience while achieving sales goals. You will upsell services, educate guests on Wax Passes, and handle check-ins, payments, and reservations with a focus on quality and courtesy.

The role requires 2+ years in customer service or retail sales, a high school diploma or GED, and a professional, positive demeanor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years customer service experience or sales experience in a retail environment
• Exposure to luxury service preferred

Responsibilities

• Upsell and cross-sell retail products and waxing services
• Educate guests on benefits and savings of Wax Passes
• Administer check-ins and check-outs, processing payments, refunds and reservations
• Inform guests on pre-booking benefits and how to use the app to reschedule
• Organize the reservation book based on guest requests and associate availability
• Perform opening and closing procedures for the center
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually pleasant lobby and restrooms
• Dress according to the required standards and wear the name tag
• Assist management with daily administrative tasks
