Job summary

The Car Park, LLC is seeking a friendly valet to greet guests, assist with luggage, and manage vehicle parking at our locations. You will provide excellent service, direct traffic safely, and answer questions about local attractions and services.

Required are a valid driver's license, ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions, and a strong focus on customer care. Join a team that values professionalism and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Valid driver license required.
• Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Legible handwriting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests and offer professional valet services.
• Open doors and assist with luggage or other heavy items.
• Direct traffic in the parking area and assist guests entering/leaving the lot.
• Answer guests' questions regarding local attractions and hotel amenities.
• Collect and label keys to ensure proper return.
• Park guests' vehicles in designated areas following traffic laws.
• Operate vehicles safely and responsibly.
