Job summary

Parking Management Company is seeking a motivated Valet Attendant to provide courteous, efficient valet services and a safe guest experience. You will park and retrieve vehicles, maintain high safety and grooming standards, and support a positive team environment in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include vehicle inspections, proper key-handling, and timely attendance. This is an on-site role requiring excellent customer service and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; customer-service experience preferred.
• Customer-service attitude and a willing, helpful demeanor are mandatory.
• Professional communication and a courteous, professional demeanor are required.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle inspections: conduct damage inspections and document parking locations on tickets.
• Safety: safely park and retrieve guest vehicles following key-handling procedures and safety protocols.
• Compliance: clock in/out for shifts, report tips accurately, and follow attendance policies.
• Housekeeping: keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable.
• Customer Service & Teamwork: handle situations professionally and support colleagues.
• Attendance and Professionalism: arrive on time in full uniform and maintain grooming standards.
• Attend staff meetings and complete training modules on time.
