Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality by warmly greeting guests, parking and retrieving vehicles, and assisting with luggage during arrival and departure.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Must hold a valid driver's license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance from the state you are applying to work (as applicable).
• Work Experience: One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Skills: Ability to read and write standard English language, understand instructions, and effectively present information to guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and maintain a pleasant, professional demeanor.
• Assist guests with parking, luggage, and bell services as needed.
• Provide directions, arrange taxis, reservations, and respond to inquiries.
• Explain parking rates and manage ticketing and payment procedures with accuracy.
• Maintain accurate records for vehicle status and guest interactions.
