Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles, assisting with luggage, and answering inquiries at the front of the location. Open availability with flexible scheduling; hourly pay range $15-$17 plus daily cash tips.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required for the state of employment or nearby commuting state.
• 1 month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner; park and retrieve vehicles safely.
• Assist guests with luggage and delivery/pick up where applicable.
• Provide directions, taxi information, reservations and information about local amenities.
• Explain parking rates and procedures; issue and collect claim checks and keys.
• Maintain accurate guest folios, ticket information, and revenue where applicable.
