Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to provide exceptional hospitality to guests in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner, including parking and retrieving vehicles and assisting guests with luggage during arrival and departure. Starting pay is $15 per hour plus $6–$9 per hour in tips.

Medical benefits are offered to all full- and part-time employees, with many shifts available and the possibility of bonus pay on select shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides parking and retrieves guest vehicles in a prompt, safe manner.
• Assists guests with luggage during arrival and departure.
• Helps guests with directions, taxi bookings, reservations and inquiries.
• Keeps ticket information accurate in the valet system and assists with revenue collection when needed.
