Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a friendly Guest Service Associate in Cincinnati, OH. You will assist guests with parking, luggage, and information while maintaining a safe, efficient operation.

The role requires strong customer service skills, English literacy, and basic math for handling payments and tips. Some shifts include AM/PM times; benefits and 401k are available for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Must possess good verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to read and follow simple instructions and memos.
• Ability to write simple notes or messages.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and transactions.
• Understanding 24-hour time and time-based rates.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and assist with luggage as needed.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Explain parking rates and procedures to guests; issue and collect tickets and keys.
• Provide directions and information about local attractions and facilities.
• Assist with bell services and luggage storage when required.
