Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver outstanding hospitality and assist guests with parking, luggage, and directions. You will greet guests, manage vehicle movements, and provide information about facility amenities with care and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or GED.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license or be within commutable distance.
• One month of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles promptly and safely; assist with luggage.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures and handle key tags and claims.
