Job summary

SP+ is hiring valet drivers in Cincinnati, OH. You will interact with customers, safely drive and park vehicles, and explain rates while following all traffic laws. Qualifications

• A valid state driver's license, current address, and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely drive a vehicle with a manual transmission is a plus.
• Availability to work special shifts if needed (2nd, 3rd shift and/or weekends).
• Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S. (must provide valid documentation if hired).
• Ability to provide accurate information to customers and co-workers and respond professionally to problems.
• Ability to read, write, add, and subtract US currency and comprehend instructions and memos.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adapt to changes during shifts.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on our Promise by resolving client requests and concerns efficiently and proactively with clients.
• Inspect every vehicle before safely parking it, noting all findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers.
• Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report accidents, hazards, and policy violations to management.
• Know local streets, landmarks, and freeways for a seamless experience.
• Come to work in a clean uniform, on time, and ready to work.
• Remain in uniform for the entire shift.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
