Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality services for arriving and departing guests. You will park and retrieve vehicles promptly and safely and assist guests with luggage handling where applicable.

Role includes greeting guests, assisting with bell services, and providing directions or local information. You will also explain rates, manage tickets, and ensure accurate record-keeping while delivering friendly, professional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license for the applying state or nearby commutable distance.
• One month related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
• Ability to read/write English and follow instructions.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and handle cash/time calculations.
• Understanding of 24-hour and military time systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional demeanor and assist with valet duties.
• Park and retrieve vehicles, assist with bell services and luggage as needed.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations information and shuttle guests when appropriate.
• Explain parking rates and manage tickets, keys, and revenue collection.
• Maintain accurate ticket information, guest folios and vehicle location in the system.
