Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to provide exceptional hospitality by parking and retrieving guest vehicles promptly and safely. You will assist guests with luggage and provide helpful information about local amenities while delivering friendly service.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to communicate clearly. The schedule is AM/PM and mainly outdoors, with opportunities for tips and customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write standard English language.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Assist guests with parking, luggage and bell services as needed.
• Explain parking rates and procedures and issue/collect ticket information.
• Provide directions and information about local amenities and attractions.
• Ensure safe vehicle handling and operation of the valet system.
