Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to provide exceptional hospitality to guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and assist with luggage during arrival and departure.

The role requires a friendly, professional demeanor, adherence to Towne Park phone etiquette, and ability to handle cash and tickets accurately. A valid driver’s license and basic time-keeping skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 month related experience or training; or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver’s license within commuting distance from state.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage delivery/pickup as needed.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures at arrival.
• Maintain accurate vehicle keys, tickets, and guest folios.
