Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to provide hospitality services, park and retrieve vehicles, and assist guests with luggage during arrivals and departures. You will greet guests, provide directions, and help with reservations and inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include explaining rates, handling keys and folios, and ensuring accurate ticket and revenue processing. This role emphasizes customer service excellence and safe, efficient guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the applying state or nearby commutable area.
• One month of related experience or training, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, professional demeanor with guests, coworkers and clients.
• Greet guests by last name and follow Towne Park phone etiquette.
• Park and retrieve vehicles, assist with bell services and luggage storage.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and facility inquiries.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures, collect keys and revenue as needed.
