Job summary

Inn on Biltmore Estate is seeking a Valet Attendant to provide exemplary guest service, greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and maintain valet and front entrance areas. This full-time role requires weekend and holiday availability and the ability to work 7am–3pm or 3pm–11pm shifts.

Applicants should have prior guest service experience, strong English communication, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to operate automatic and manual transmissions.

Qualifications

• Prior guest service experience preferred.
• Must be able to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with parking and vehicle retrieval.
• Maintain the front entrance and valet areas.
• Ensure safety and security of vehicles in valet care.
• Work as part of a team in a fast-paced guest-service environment.
• Communicate effectively with guests in English during arrivals/departures.
• Adhere to schedule; weekend and holiday availability required.
