Job summary

Inn on Biltmore Estate is seeking a Valet Attendant to greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and keep the front entrance welcoming and orderly. You will work 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm, with an average of 20–29 hours per week and a pay range of $18–$22 per hour (minimum $16.32/hr).

Candidates should have guest service experience, strong communication, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record. Prior hotel/resort experience is a plus, and the role requires teamwork and reliability in varying

Qualifications

• Experience delivering world-class guest service.
• Ability to greet guests and assist with vehicles.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Able to operate automatic and standard transmission vehicles.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests arriving at the Inn on Biltmore Estate.
• Assist with parking and retrieving guest vehicles.
• Maintain front entrance and valet areas.
• Keep windshields clean and vehicles organized.
• Safely operate guest vehicles as required.
• Contribute to guest enchantment during arrival/departure.
• Support department leadership and team as needed.
• Perform periodic security checks of valet vehicles.
