Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles with safety and care. You will assist guests with luggage where applicable, help with directions, taxis, reservations and information about local amenities, and you will explain parking rates and process payments, while ensuring accurate ticketing and guest folios.

This role requires open availability, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license or accessible within commuting distance.
• One month related experience or training, or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and maintain a pleasant, professional demeanor.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and assist with luggage.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries.
• Explain parking rates and collection procedures; issue/collect claim checks.
• Maintain ticket information and guest folios accurately.
