Job summary

Live Nation Worldwide, Inc. in San Francisco is seeking an Usher/Greeter/Ticket Taker for The Masonic.

You will greet guests, scan tickets, help them locate seats, and engage with guests to ensure a smooth entry before, during and after the show. This role requires a High School Diploma (or equivalent), at least 1 year in guest service, strong communication, good judgment, and physical stamina to stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year in a guest service role preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy.
• Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs and occasional sitting, lifting and carrying 25 lbs+.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and scan tickets at entry.
• Help guests locate seats and answer questions.
• Maintain venue safety and cleanliness.
• Resolve guest complaints or problems.
• Verify ticket authenticity.
• Assist guests with special needs and seating.
• Participate in recycling and sustainability efforts.
• Direct guests to exits and provide emergency guidance.
• Support staff with credential checks in restricted areas.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
