Job summary

Live Nation North Park is seeking an Usher/Greeter/Ticket Taker to help ensure safety, assist guests, scan tickets, and guide attendees before, during and after shows. This part-time role supports guest services and venue operations within a dynamic live entertainment environment.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year in guest service, strong communication skills, good judgment, and the ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1+ year in a guest service role preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy.
• Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs and occasional sitting, lifting and carrying 25 lbs+.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and scan tickets at entry.
• Assist guests with locating seats and answering questions.
• Examine tickets for authenticity and entry to various seating levels.
• Maintain venue safety, cleanliness and presentation for guests.
• Provide assistance to guests with special needs and accessibility seating.
• Assist in guiding guests to exits and providing emergency instructions.
• Support venue recycling and sustainability efforts as applicable.
• Verify staff credentials for restricted areas when needed.
• Perform additional tasks as requested by management.
