Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1+ year in a guest service role preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and scan tickets at venue entry.
• Assist guests with seating and finding seats.
• Maintain venue safety and cleanliness during the event.
• Resolve guest questions or issues promptly.
• Weigh and inspect tickets/passes for validity.
• Assist guests with special needs and accessibility seating.
• Assist in recycling and sustainability efforts around the venue.
• Provide directions and assist in case of emergency.
