Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is hiring an usher, greeter or ticket taker in West Palm Beach, Florida. In this role, you will greet guests, assist with ticket scanning and provide exceptional guest service before, during, and after events.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma and at least one year of experience in a guest service role. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle guest needs while ensuring safety and cleanliness of the venue.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1+ year in a guest service role preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy.
• Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs and occasional sitting, lifting and carrying 25 lbs.+

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, scan tickets, assist with seat locations.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of the venue.
• Resolve guest complaints and provide assistance.
• Participate in venue recycling and sustainability efforts.
• Guide guests during emergencies and additional tasks as requested.
